Christina is an accomplished actress, writer, visual artist, and movement teacher who is passionate about self-expression, play, and a mind-body connection. She offers a core-focused practice that combines pilates and traditional strength movements. A unique flow that nurtures your mind, enhances your stability and hones your own creative expression.
The sequences are designed with the intention to mobilize, lengthen, strengthen, and add some spice, all fuelled by music. And if you’re ready to release and live freely in your body, why not have a 3-5 minute dance party? Improvisation is one of her special skills. Each class will leave you feeling grounded and empowered both on and off the mat.
