Front of House
Host - Part Time

The Front of House role is an integral part of the Werklab experience. This team member will contribute to the considered details that make Werklab what it is - supporting operations from beginning to end. As the first human (and Werklab touchpoint) someone engages with, the FOH is a culture beacon. A detail oriented eye and self starter energy are required.

  • Who you are.

    Experience in reception or customer service, preferably in hospitality.

    Competent in using digital tools for communication and basic data analysis.

    Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects and maintain high ethical standards.

  • Skills & experience.

    Previous experience in reception or customer service, with a background in front of house, hotel, or hospitality.

    Initiative-taking and project coordination skills, managing space and member experience meticulously.

    Digitally proficient, able to navigate through communications and data analytics tools.

    High ethical standards, empathy, and a sense of accountability.

  • Responsibilities

    Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our facilities.

    Support and process membership questions with precision and care.

    Welcome and assist guests and members; manage communication channels effectively.

    Support member and community events, as well as internal team coordination..
